Sewage Back up

This customer called SERVPRO of St. Clair Shores when she discovered all of a sudden when she used her house facilities in would end up on her basement floor.  We were able to help her line up a plumber to get the problem fixed as well as clean and sanitize her basement to look "Like it never even happened."
